Meet Our Management Team
Vice President and General Manager
Robert, a US Navy Veteran, is RSI’s Vice President and General Manager. Robert joined RSI in 2019 after a 13-year career at General Electric’s Industrial Services and Healthcare Services business, where he held a variety of senior leadership positions in operations and sales.
Matt, an RSI Account Manager, covers several large retail, grocery, and telecommunication customers. Matt has over 17 years of experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industries, starting his career as a service technician with Source Refrigeration & HVAC.
Mark, an RSI Account Manager, covers several large retail, grocery, and telecommunication customers. Mark has over 40 years of experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industries, starting his career as an apprentice with the Plumbers / Steamfitters Union (Local 38).
Business Development Manager
Cyndi, a US Air Force Veteran, is a Business Development Manager for RSI. With more than 15 years of experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industries, Cyndi provides long-term solutions for Northern California clients in the commercial, grocery, and industrial segments.
Felita is RSI’s Human Resources Business Partner. She has over 25 years of Human Resources (HR) experience, starting her HR career in a large HVAC company. Felita brings a strong background of business management, business development, process development, and customer service experience.
With over 15 years of experience in accounting, administrative, and operational management, Christi is RSI’s Controller. In this role, she leads a team responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, helping to drive long-term profitable growth of RSI.
Way is RSI’s Service Manager covering the San Francisco Bay Area. Way has over 19 years of experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industries and started his career with Source Refrigeration & HVAC. Way earned a BS in Industrial Technology from Cal State University, Los Angeles.
John, a US Marine Veteran, is RSI’s Service Manager covering the greater Sacramento area. John has more than 33 years of experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industries, having spent 16 years as a refrigeration service technician.
With over 20 years of experience in the Construction and Refrigeration / HVAC industries, Blaine is RSI’s Construction Manager. Starting his career as a Union pipe fitter, Blaine moved into Refrigeration with Hussmann and has held increasing roles of responsibility within the construction industry. As RSI’s Construction Manager, Blaine is ultimately responsible for the timely and quality installation of RSI’s Refrigeration and HVAC construction & installation projects in Northern California.
Regional Business Manager
Carol is RSI’s Regional Business Manager. Carol has over 15 years of experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industries leading teams, implementing efficient operational processes, and driving a culture of comprehensive support for field-based resources.
